These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Integra Services ("Integra Services," "we," "us") and to the text messages we send our customers.
Services
Integra Services provides residential and commercial pest control services. The services, schedule and price for your property are those agreed with you when you book or as shown on your invoice.
Scheduling
We will confirm appointments with you and do our best to arrive within the scheduled time. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or if we need special access to your property, such as gate codes or pets that need to be secured.
Payment
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. You can pay securely by card through the payment link we send you, which is processed by Stripe, or by another method we accept.
SMS Terms
- Program: Integra Services Service Alerts.
- What you'll receive: appointment reminders, service updates, invoices and secure payment links related to your service with Integra Services.
- How you opt in: by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book service by phone, in person, or with our technician. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your service schedule.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Texts may be sent in English or Spanish, based on your preference. Responda STOP para cancelar o HELP para ayuda.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including your mobile number.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Integra Services's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
